We bill Medicare, Medicaid, BMC, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health New England and most other private Insurance Co. Our billing offices do all the necessary paperwork including obtaining authorizations, renewal prescriptions, prior approvals and much more.

Centrally located in Agawam, Massachusetts our service area extends to all of Western Massachusetts from Worcester west and northern Connecticut. Agawam Medical Supply is easily accessible for our walk in customers. Our retail store is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 5:00pm.

Centrally located in Acton, Massachusetts our service area extends as far south as Brockton, as far west to Worcester and north to the New Hampshire border in addition to downtown Boston.

Connecticut Medical Supply, LLC

Located just off of Interstate 91 in Enfield, Connecticut our service area extends as far south as Hartford, and throughout northern Connecticut.
